‘Women Stars of the White Flag’ released

Kozhikode: The book "Women Stars of the White Flag", a collection of life stories published by Samatha, a women’s collective in the publishing field, was released by CPI M leader and former Politburo member M A Baby. The release took place during the former leaders’ meet organised in connection with the SFI All India Conference.

SFI All India Vice President K Anushree, Joint Secretary Dipsita Das, Delhi State Secretary Aishe Ghosh, Gujarat State Secretary Satyesh Leyuva, Assam State Secretary Sangeeta Das, Jamia Millia Islamia University Unit Secretary Sakhi, and Kerala State Committee member Aparna Gauri received copies of the book. The book was authored by A Krishnakumari.

During the event, former All India General Secretary Biman Basu released the special conference edition of Student Struggle, the official SFI monthly. Former SFI President Prakash Karat released a special science edition of the magazine. M A Baby also released "Blazing Stars', a commemorative volume dedicated to martyrs, and another book titled "Comrade Sitaram, Yes Present".
