Film-Theatre Actor Savithri Sreedharan Dies at 83

Kozhikode: Film and theatre actor Savithri Sreedharan passed away at her residence in Mankavu, Kozhikode, around 4 am today. She had been undergoing treatment for an illness for a long time.

She received a wide recognition at the national level for her performance in Sudani from Nigeria. The film also marked her debut in cinema.

Her other notable films include Dakini (2018) and Virus (2019).
