Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan Condemns US Actions in Venezuela as Imperialist Aggression

Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has described the actions of the United States in Venezuela as a blatant act of imperialist aggression. He said that the US carried out airstrikes on multiple strategic centers in Venezuela. According to him, the US has become a “rogue state” in its attempt to safeguard its own interests by fostering hostility in the Southern Hemisphere.
He termed these actions as terrorist activities, pointing out that Latin America has historically endured both imperialist attacks and anti-imperialist struggles. Such acts of aggression, he said, pose a threat to peace in Latin America. Chief Minister Vijayan called for global protest against these imperialist moves that undermine world peace and urged democracy-minded people to stand in solidarity with Venezuela.
