IIM Kozhikode’s New Kalamassery Campus Nears Completion

Kochi: The new campus of IIM Kozhikode, one of India’s premier management education institutions, is rapidly taking shape in Kalamassery, near the CUSAT Metro station. The high-tech facility is being constructed by Kochi Metro Rail Limited (KMRL).

IIM Kozhikode Director Debashish Chatterjee, along with other officials, recently reviewed the progress of the construction and assessed ongoing activities at the site.

Spread across 62,000 square feet and rising seven floors, the building is being developed using a prefabricated construction model to ensure speed and efficiency. The institute’s current operations at Infopark are expected to shift to the new premises next month, enabling further expansion of its academic and executive education programs.

The upcoming campus is expected to significantly strengthen industry–academic collaboration and contribute to transforming Kalamassery into a major educational and knowledge hub in the region.
