Cyber Attack Against Sexual Assault Survivor: Court Grants Two Days of Police Custody to Rahul Easwar

Thiruvananthapuram: Thiruvananthapuram: In the case of the cyber attack on the survivor of the sexual assault involving Congress MLA Rahul Mankootathil, the court has granted two days of police custody to Rahul Easwar. He is accused of insulting the survivor and publicly disclosing her personal details. The Thiruvananthapuram ACJM Court approved the custody, although the police had requested three days.
Rahul Easwar, who had filed a bail petition, will have to wait until his custody period ends before the hearing takes place.
