Kerala State Film Awards 2024 Distributed Today

Thiruvananthapuram: The 2024 State Film Awards will be presented at a function to be held at 6.30 pm on Sunday at Nishagandhi Auditorium, Thiruvananthapuram. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will distribute the awards. Minister Saji Cherian will preside over the event. Veteran actress Sharada will receive the J C Daniel Award, the highest film honour of the Kerala government, from the Chief Minister.

A total of 51 film personalities, including Mammootty, Tovino Thomas, Asif Ali, Vedan, Shamla Hamza, Lijomol Jose, Jyothirmayi, Soubin Shahir, Siddharth Bharathan, Chidambaram, Fazil Muhammed, Sushin Shyam, Sameera Saneesh, and Sayonara Philip, will be honoured by the Chief Minister. Following the ceremony, there will be a musical programme led by award-winning playback singers K S Harishankar and Seba Tomy.
