Keltron Secures 205 Crore Tamil Nadu Contract

Kochi: Kerala’s pride, Keltron, has secured another major contract from Tamil Nadu, following a previous mega order worth Rs. 1,075 crore. The new contract is valued at Rs. 205 crore and includes the supply of 654 high-tech IT labs, 1,016 computer labs, and 5,732 smart classrooms.

Earlier, Keltron had successfully completed orders worth Rs. 519 crore to set up 8,209 high-tech IT labs across 7,985 schools in Tamil Nadu, Rs. 455 crore for the installation of 22,931 smart classrooms in various schools, and Rs. 101 crore for providing 79,723 tablet computers for primary school teachers. The latest order follows these successful implementations.

Keltron’s efficient and high- quality execution of school projects in Kerala played a key role in qualifying for the Rs. 1,075- crore mega order in Tamil Nadu. The company’s proven track record in project quality and speed has also contributed to securing this new contract.
