CJP Names Spokespersons; Announces Protest on June 6

New Delhi: The Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) has announced its official spokespersons, days after prominent activist and educator Sonam Wangchuk declared his association with the party. Investigative journalist Saurav Das has been named chief spokesperson, with Vijeeta Dahiya and Ashutosh Ranka serving as official spokespersons.
The CJP, which began as a social media phenomenon before evolving into a distinct political formation, stated through its official X account that it is committed to transforming India's political discourse under a new generation of leaders. The announcement was made through an alternate account after the party's original account was suspended.
The party held its first official press conference after its formation on Wednesday evening at the Constitution Club of India (Deputy Speaker Annexe) in New Delhi, where all three newly appointed spokespersons shared details of a large protest planned for June 6 in Delhi.
The protest was announced following a declaration by party founder Abhijit Dipke that he would return from the United States on June 6. Dipke had sharply criticised the central government over the NEET examination controversy and demanded the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. He has called on all supporters to join the collective march on June 6.
