Thiruvanananthapuram: Picky Assist, a startup incubated under the Kerala Startup Mission, has launched a WhatsApp catalog automation software for businesses and entrepreneurs to sell products directly through WhatsApp. This will not need the physical stores or additional staff.
This software will be cost effective and efficient in digital sales, particularly benefitting businesses operating in small towns and rural areas. By automating end-to-end sales processes, the platform allows users to manage product listings, inventory, order processing, payments, promotional campaigns, customer communication, logistics, and delivery service integration—all within WhatsApp.
Picky Assist CEO Reji Shivankutty said, “the system automates virtually every aspect of the business, with the exception of product manufacturing, packing, and shipping.”
The platform is expected to help entrepreneurs bypass third-party commissions, establish direct relationships with customers. Based in Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram, Picky Assist currently supports customer engagement for more than 1,000 businesses across 81 countries through integration with WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
