Mysuru Native Arrested for Sending Fake Bomb Threats in Delhi

New Delhi: A Mysuru native has been arrested for creating panic by sending fake bomb threats. The arrested individual, Srivasan, was apprehended by the Delhi Police. According to the police, he had sent over 1,000 fake bomb threats.


Srivasan was captured on Friday night with the assistance of the Mysuru City Police. Over the past few months, bomb threats had been received at various schools, colleges, courts, and government offices in Delhi, leading to major security concerns and inspections. However, these threats were later determined to be fake.


During a search of the accused's house, the police seized crucial documents, including a laptop. The Delhi Police carried out the operation with the help of the VV Puram Police. Srivasan will be brought to Delhi today for further questioning and investigation.
