Class 10 Student Dies in Shivamogga After Trying to Stop a Fight

Bengaluru: A Class 10 student was killed in Shivamogga, Sanket, while trying to resolve a fight between two student groups. On Monday evening, after the special class ended, Sanket went to pacify them when he saw the two student groups quarrelling on the road.

Sanket, who collapsed after being brutally beaten by the gang, was immediately taken to the hospital but later died.

Seven people have been taken into custody. SP Nikhil stated that the clash involved minors who are local residents and added that the cause of the clash is under investigation.
