Minister K Rajan Seeks Immediate Report on Fire at Thrissur Railway Station

Thrissur: Minister K Rajan has sought an immediate report on the massive fire that broke out at Thrissur Railway Station. The minister requested the City Police Commissioner to submit the report at the earliest.

Speaking to the media, the minister said that a detailed inspection would be conducted with the involvement of a forensic team. He added that an investigation has already begun to identify the exact point of origin of the fire.

A massive fire broke out at Thrissur Railway Station on Sunday morning, destroying hundreds of parked motorcycles. The blaze spread near the bike shed close to Platform No. 2. According to reports, more than 600 motorcycles have been gutted in the fire.

The incident is being described as one of the biggest fires to have occurred in Thrissur in recent times.
