Kochi Metro Announces Extra Services for India–Hong Kong Match at Kaloor

Kochi: Kochi Metro has announced additional train services in view of the India–Hong Kong AFC Asian Cup Qualification match scheduled at the Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium in Kaloor on Tuesday. Authorities have stated that trains will operate at reduced intervals to accommodate the anticipated surge in passenger traffic. Special arrangements and crowd management measures have also been put in place at the JLN Stadium Metro Station to ensure smooth and hassle-free transit for football fans.

From 7 p.m. onwards, trains will depart from JLN Stadium Metro Station towards both Tripunithura and Aluva at frequent intervals. Services towards Tripunithura will depart at 7:02, 7:09, 7:17, 7:24, 7:32, 7:40, 7:48, 7:56, 8:04, 8:12, 8:22, 8:30, 8:39, 8:47, and 8:56. Services towards Aluva will depart at 7:02, 7:09, 7:17, 7:23, 7:31, 7:38, 7:46, 7:53, 8:00, 8:07, 8:16, 8:25, 8:34, 8:42, and 8:50. Regular services will resume from 9 p.m. onwards and continue until 11 p.m. as usual.
