Development and Welfare Can Only Continue if the LDF Comes to Power: Saji Cherian

Alappuzha: CPIM State Secretariat member Saji Cherian stated that the welfare and development of Kerala will continue only if the Kerala government remains in power. He made this remark at the NS Memorial event held in Alappuzha Valiya Chudukad.

It is clear who the CPIM and LDF represent. In the capitalist social structure, the LDF seeks to advance an alternative form of politics that encompasses both development and welfare. This is a politics aimed at the poor and the working class.

The right-wing is attempting to alter the political climate necessary for continued governance. Kerala is a state with a left-wing mindset. Cherian also mentioned that the right-wing is creating confusion by promoting the idea that it is better for there to be no continued governance, both among those with left-wing ideologies and those without.
