Kochi : The High Court on Monday ordered confiscation of properties belonging to office bearers of the banned Popular Front party. The ruling came from Division Bench comprising Justices Jayankran Nambiar and Mohamed Riyas.
Popular Front had conducted a flash strike following arrest of its leaders in the aftermath of ban. The strike without any prior notice cause widespread disruption and chaos.
