THIRUVANANTHAPURAM : The 18th session of the 11th Legislative Assembly is set to begin today 9 am and will mark the beginning of paperless Legislative Assembly or e-Assembly. Proceedings including Governor’s speech and Budget will go digital, Speaker P Sreeramakrishnan had announced earlier.
The session opens with policy statement speech to be delivered by Governor Arif Muhammad Khan.
Finance Minister Thomas Isaac will present Budget for coming fiscal on 7th February. The Bill to amend law relating to local self-governing body limits, would come up for vote on 6th February, to be presented by Minister AS Moideen. The House will wind up its meetings on 12th February.
