idukki: A forest watcher on duty was killed tragically as a herd of elephants turned violent as he attempted to flush them out of the estate they ventured into.
The deceased has been identified as Sakthivel, a native of Ayyappankudi. The incident took place this morning at Shanthanpara Panniar Estate in Idukki. There were more than 10 elephants in the pack that strayed into the estate.
