During communal riots in Thalassery, Comrade Kunjuraman headed a communist squad that pushed back Sangh Parivar attacks against minorities, in revenge of which the fanatics murdered him. Each Keralite is thus deeply indebted to Com. Kunjraman for the religious harmony we experience today.
Today is Comrade Kunjuraman's martyr’s day. His glowing memories will prove to be strength and guiding light against communal fanaticism. It’s a reminder to us that running through veins of each communist is humanity that transcends all differences. Let’s go forward imbibing that awareness and taking up responsibilities.
