Thrissur: : In Kecheri’s Thuvanoor, a man beat his 4-year-old step son brutally using coconut rachis(madal). The child, in serious condition is admitted into Thrissur Medical College.

The man, Thriprayar native Pramod’ has been booked by Child Welfare Committee. The child’s mother a Palakkad native and the child have been living with Pramod in Thuvanoor for a while now.
