Thiruvananthapuram : Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has tested for Covid-19. “I have been diagnosed Covid-positive. Will get treated at Government Medical College,”, CM tweeted.
The tweet further urged all those who have had contact with CM recently to quarantine themselves and monitor oneself closely.
CM had received one dose of the vaccine and though positive, the minister has no symptoms of the infection. Earlier, CM’s daughter Veena Vijayan and son-in-law PA Mohammad Riyas had tested positive for the virus.
