Paravur : Senior Congress leader and AICC member, Vatsala Prasannakumar, inaugurates Sree Kishna Jayanti procession organised by Bala Gokulam in Opposition Leader’s constituency of Paravur. The deviance has shocked alike, both Congress and party workers. The incident took place at Poruvaram temple where the Congress leader inaugurated the religious event with Hindu Aiyka Vedi leaders including RV Babu and other Sangh Parivar leaders in attendance.
Earlier, VD Satheesan picked up controversy for partaking in an event organised by Hindu Aikya Vedi and this current indulgence by Vatsala Prasannakumar comes close on heels of that. Vatsala holds posts as KPCC Gen Secretary and Mahila Congress State Secretary and will have some tough time putting together an explanation in front of the party.
Vatsala has held post as president at the municipality for 10 years, staying all along as A Group loyalist.
