M V Govindan Elected as CPI M State Secretary

He has served as an MLA from Thaliparamba and Minister for Local Self-Government and Excise. Initially appointed as the acting State Secretary in August 2022, he is on the CPI M Polit Bureau and was Chief Editor of Deshabhimani. Govindan is also an author.
